An artist has created a calendar featuring art based on iconic Budleigh views with sales boosting our crowdfunder appeal !
The artwork for the A3 size calendar has all been painted by talented artist Chris Marriot and it is being sold online to help fund the creation of a patio to make the outside area of the club safer. A donation from sales will also go to St Petrocks charity for the homeless in Exeter.
As well as being available on our crowdfunder page the calendar will also be available to purchase at the cricket club itself from Friday.
Chris said: “This calendar is dedicated to my son Sam Marriott, who died in a tragic accident in February 2017, aged just 19. I have been producing calendars for a few years now and they always feature Sam in some small way. It helps me to keep his memory alive. I have also just recently moved to Budleigh Salterton and the calendar is a celebration of what a beautiful place Budleigh is!”The calendar is available for £15 at https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/bscc-patio-appeal
