Not long until our annual pre-season action day and we'd love all players, juniors and members to get involved!
Once again we’ll be taking part in the ECB’s Get Set Day — a national volunteer action day for cricket clubs — on Saturday 28 March from 10am.
It’s a great chance for us to get together and help prepare the club as we countdown to the 2026 cricket season. We’ll be getting stuck into a variety of jobs around the ground and clubhouse to make sure everything is looking its best before the first ball is bowled.
Whether you can spare an hour or stay for the whole morning, any help would be greatly appreciated. Many hands make light work, and it’s always a nice opportunity to catch up with fellow members and welcome new volunteers ahead of the season.
If you’re able to come along, please bring a toolbox, rubber gloves and a spade or shovel if you have them - don't worry if not! We’ll keep everyone going with teas, coffees and biscuits -
we’d love to see as many of our members as possible.
